Whether it's dinner for four or a gourmet evening for 12, we'll give you some tips for planning and preparing some great dishes complete with all those final flourishes ... we want you to enjoy the experience of entertaining, not spend your time in the kitchen wishing that you were anywhere else but there! Want to impress you guests, but not be overstressed at the mere thought – then come and join us for an informative, fun and practical day. Our seasonal recipe collection could include tortellini filled with spinach and crab served with an Olive and tomato butter sauce, noisettes of pork with prunes and calvados and finishing with a Chcolate Marquise.
