Daytime Practical Course

There is nothing quite like a home made cake in the centre of the table, however most of us do not have hours to spend producing something that is going to be eaten in minutes - the exception might be a tradtional Easter Simnel cake which will be made on this course. Invest a little "Easter" time at LucyCooks and the pleasures of a bygone era can be recreated. We shall be making a range of different sweet temptations using a variety of techniques that are guaranteed to become firm family favourites. You’ll return laden with ideas and some delicious treats for those who will no doubt benefit from your new found and enhanced skills. Boring cakes are definitely banished on this course! Our Easter recipe collections could contain Cumberland Dream Cake, Easter Chocolate Fudge Cake, Simnel cake and Westmorland Gingerbread.
