Afternoon Practical Course
On this course you will gain a comprehensive insight into naturally reared meat and learn all about breeds, welfare, slaughter, knife skills and butchery. The course will also cover the different cuts of meat available and which recipe to use for which cut of meat. There will be a practical session in butchery along with plenty of opportunity to ask lots of questions in the session at the end of the course where you can sample some of the meat you have been learning about.
