Daytime Practical Course

We have some of the finest producers of meat, fish and game on our doorstep and we’ll be using great local produce to inspire you. Our chefs have built their reputations as great champions of local food and they’ll show you how to take the finest of what’s on offer locally… To start with maybe west coast Brown Shrimps en croute with orange, chili and coriander, followed by a slow braised shoulder of Kendal rough fell lamb with Rosemary, roasted onion mash and minted gravy. To end Grasmere gingerbread crusted tart with vanilla icecream....
