Ever wondered what the difference is between a jus and a gravy, longing to make super sauces to go with anything? On this course you will make stocks and sauces for all seasons along with practical hints, tips and ideas.
Our seasonal recipes could contain Mustard and mushroom veloute, Cumberland sauce, Cherry tomato sauce, rich red wine Jus, and a demonstration of various fish and chicken stocks together with Home made custard.
