The wonderful spices and ingredients of Indian cookery are now available far and wide in our supermarkets and delis. This course will provide some of the knowledge and know–how you need to cook with just a selection of the vast array available without passing them by on the way to the ready meals section or resorting to pre-prepared sauces! Indian food is diverse and delicious and we’ll inspire you with a range of vegetarian and meat dishes using our local produce with an Indian twist. Our seasonal menus could contain – spiced lentil patis, chicken and spinach balti and to finish warm Goan fennel drop biscuits. Who could resist?
