Rather than just eating them and wondering whether they're difficult or simple to put together, why not come along and see for yourself! If starters are something that you feel you could do with brushing up on and pudding recipe ideas are proving evasive, then come and join us. You will make a whole feast of appetisers and puddings. Our recipe collection could contain Chicken Liver Parfait with apple chutney and Melba Toast, Salt and Pepper King Prawns, Fried goats cheese with a pear and watercress salad and finishing with baked chocolate cake, vanilla and mint pannacotta and sticky toffee pudding – We'll show you how to make something simple look great and taste exotic…
