Daytime Practical Course

Become a Marrakech Express in the kitchen by soaking up skills from the souks and learning how to tempt with a tagine, in one easy, yet tantalising lesson. Moroccan cuisine has been described as ‘the perfumed soul of our culture’ and you will learn how to blend the perfume, achieve the amazing aromas of the Medinas and sizzle with subtle scents derived from African, Arabian and European influences. The Fes-tastic recipes that you could cook up include Moroccan Chicken and Chickpea Soup, Lamb Tagine with preserved lemons and jewelled couscous, North African Pear Tart and Moroccan Banana, Apricot and Cinnamon Filo Parcels.
