This course is part of our ‘Masterclass’ series aimed at the keen amateur chef who has existing skills but also a definite thirst for knowledge and a desire to climb more rungs of the culinary ladder. If deep down you know that you have flair and most definitely have passion, this is the course for you, as it will provide all the encouragement that you need, in order to develop your talents.
Creativity in the kitchen is at the heart of this course and you will discover techniques that will enable you to present your food with a near restaurant finish, whether the dishes on which you concentrate are tortellini with crab and scallops served with a tomato and basil butter, a home smoked duck breast, or finishing a pink rhubarb panacotta with a sugar basket.
