Daytime Practical Course

Have you always longed to give a dinner party with some really ‘wow’ desserts – well, this is the course for you… with a variety of techniques to be learnt and a host of dishes to take away – you’ll be creating your own ‘mini croquembouche’, and no doubt be fascinated by mastering the art of spinning sugar twists as well as making a flock of light and fluffy meringue swans and an Italian lemoncello pannacotta …. And there will be lots of hints and tips as to how to really master the art of some tricky techniques and to ensure that your desserts are given the finishing touches required to make your guests green with envy!
