This course is designed for both the new and seasoned owner and will give lots of hints and tips on why the Aga has such devoted followers. Discover how you can make fabulous breads, crispy pastry, moist tray bakes and great tarts or tender casseroles. Our seasonal menu could feature Rosemary and sea salt foccacia, hot water crust butter pastry Irish pie and a leek and wild mushroom tart.
