Morning Practical Course

This course is one of our brand new Little Cook courses for children, who spend a morning becoming inspired about a particular type of cuisine or style of cookery and getting hands on with its preparation. On the Little Italy course, they will have their imagination whisked off to the piazzas of Pisa and the neighbourhoods of Napoli as they tackle some Italian recipes that will help them develop a passion for the food of La Bella Italia. With a parent or grandparent in attendance, but as an observer and guide rather than stand-in for the Little Cook, this course will spread joy throughout the family and leave the child hungry for more time in the kitchen.

DISHES YOU WILL BE CREATING

Homemade pasta:
This could be little raviolis with a choice of tasty fillings, or tagliatelle and rustic ragu.

Dessert will be either traditional tiramisu or pannacotta

DURING YOUR MORNING

Your little chefs will be welcomed into our AGA room for drinks and biscuits and will meet their chef for the day. They will then be introduced to our fully equipped kitchen upstairs and get full demonstrations of each dish. With help from our fantastic chef your buddy little chef will have created two fantastico dishes that they will dine on for lunch and also have a little to take home at the end of the day.

Our little Lucy's courses aim to give children the confidence and knowledge to create new and exciting dishes.
