British meat is a wonderful commodity … everything from Beef to Lamb, Chicken to Game … we are fortunate enough to have so many delicious ‘cuts’ on our doorstep. However, not everyone is fortunate enough to be illuminated in the ways of cooking meat – be it braising, roasting, grilling or creating a classic confit … here at LucyCooks our ‘Meat’ days aim to give you a broad knowledge of a range of different culinary skills regarding meats of varying kinds. We hope that it will also bring a little excitement back into your everyday cooking as well as some tips for special entertaining! We’ll also be able to undertake a few knife skills – skinning, boning and carving … it’s an action packed day with lots to take in and to take home!
