Whether it’s a traditional but fabulous Tikka Masala, or perhaps something a little different we’ll have lots of ideas up our saris to make you want to enjoy the food from this beautiful and colourful continent. We’ll show you how to make the best of spices as well as describing why you cannot necessarily add all the spices at the same time for fear of overpowering others ….
