Fish is, quite simply the best fast food there is! There are so many wonderful varieties around the British Isles and we have some terrific ideas as to what to do with it! A whole range of unusual ‘types’ of fish – gurnards, dabs, together with some simple but tasty dishes, you can be sure that we'll be showing you some alternative ways that will not only be fast, but fabulous too! You'll be cooking a range of dishes that perhaps you may not have attempted before due to preconceptual thoughts! Filleting and frying, poaching and curing. There’ll be plenty of interaction and we generally invite one of our local fish suppliers to come and provide the answers to all the questions you might have about our modern day fishing and the different types of seafood available … definitely an interesting course to be on – this is one of our most popular courses, so early booking is advisable.
