A course that is for those with skills that need a little ‘stretching’ and ‘expanding’ … we will ensure that you hone those talents that need ‘honing’ … from boning and stuffing, the best way to make simply the most outstanding meringues, not forgetting some paring and stuffing, from bouillabaisse to battenburg – we’ll ensure that there’s something for everyone. Don’t forget to let us know when you book what sort of thing you might like to do and we’ll endeavour to include it on this course … obviously, first come, first served!
