A course that is for those with skills that need a little ‘stretching’ and ‘expanding’ … we will ensure that you hone those talents that need ‘honing’ … from boning and stuffing, the best way to make simply the most outstanding meringues, not forgetting some paring and stuffing, from bouillabaisse to battenburg – we’ll ensure that there’s something for everyone.
