This is a day that holds extraordinary good value – you will enjoy both demonstrations and practical cooking of at least 5 dishes but they will ‘translate’ into about 15 different ideas for family suppers or lunch to enjoy with friends … a range of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes that have a great deal of versatility.
