Let us show you how to put a complete three course meal together with style and ease –enjoy realising that you CAN do it and you have the ability to really make sure that all the preparation has been done and you are able to enjoy the company of those with you without stressing beforehand… Three courses that can be replicated at home in a variety of ways and all with ease.
A recent course included baby bruschettas with poached pears, gorgonzola and port syrup, followed by braised lamb shank with pumpkin mash and finally white chocolate, whiskey and croissant bread and butter pudding.
