France has a reputation for fabulous food that really comes from the heart of the family. There’s always some delicious ‘potage’ bubbling away on the stove in a French kitchen … from Brittany to Bordeaux, crepes to confit – we’ll do a whistlestop tour around some of the fabulous regions of France that will enable you to put the oolala back into food … la vrai chose! Seasonal menus could start with celeriac remoulade with home made mayonaise, with traditional Coq au Vin with dauphinoise potatoes as a main course, together with petit pois a la francais followed by crepes suzette!
