Spain's most southern region with a wonderful variety of foods and tastes. A diverse mix with hints of Moorish and Jewish dishes, with a rustic feel thrown in! On this course you could be tasting Lomo de cerdo con salsa de almendra (stuffed pork tenderloin with almond sauce, a real Tortilla espanola (spanish omelette), a traditional arroz Andaluz (a rice dish)and Remojon (tapas). The Menu will change with the seasons, so whatever the weather this course will sparkle with the flavour of Andalucia!
