'THE KNOWLEDGE' TWO
DAY COOKERY COURSES

 
The two-day cookery course at the Lake District cookery school, LucyCooks, is set to run throughout 2012, to allow cooks of all abilities to learn the tricks of the restaurant trade.
 

We will give food lovers enrolling for this two-day foodie extravaganza top tips acquired from some of the world’s best chefs, whether their reputation is based upon fame or folklore and whether they are patissiers, sauciers, chocolatiers or the best cooks of the fish landed at the local harbour!

 
All participants will leave the two day course armed with new skills, confidence, insights and culinary goals and, if visiting from afar, can spend a relaxing Sunday contemplating what they have learned whilst drinking in the stunning Cumbrian landscape.
 
Anyone interested in booking for The Knowledge is urged to book quickly, as places are limited! The  next two-day course is taking place on 26th and 27th June,costing £260, but the skills, hints and explanations of why restaurant chefs do things in a particular way are gems on which no price can be placed.
