FORKS COOKERY COURSE DEALS ANNOUNCED FOR NOVEMBER

 
Lake District cookery school, LucyCooks, has created its own Girl & Guy Forks special deals for November, as it encourages food lovers to buddy up on and around Bonfire Night and fight the dark-winter-nights blues with food.
 
The cookery school, in Staveley near Kendal, has put offers on a fab five of cookery courses running between November 2 and 18. On the five selected courses, a buddy can join the full day practical for half price, when one place is booked at the normal price, enabling two keen cooks, of any level of skill, to enjoy a day out together in food heaven.
 
The offer is available on the November 2 Taste of Cumbria Course, Thrilling Three Courses (November 5), Tapas Mezze and More (November 6), British Classics for Beginners (November 16) and Taste of India (November 18).
 
All courses run from 9.30 am to 4pm and teach participants how to prepare around 4 different dishes. The price includes all ingredients, tuition, welcome nibbles, refreshments and lunch, as well as a goody bag of cooked food to take home. The courses cost either £135 or £145, with the buddy place being available at a cost of £67.50-£72.50, depending on course selected.
