Monday 19 May - Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the beautiful Hillthwaite House Hotel, one of the finest friendly, family-run Lake District Hotels, with stunning views and only a short walk from Lake Windermere.

Tuesday 20 May - A relaxing breakfast at the hotel and then on to us here at the Cookery School, inspiration guaranteed! Your day would commence as follows... Hands on and practical in the morning, drawing on the best of local ingredients and suited to all abilities, then a fabulous lunch all of which you have created accompanied by a glass of wine.  The afternoon is a little more sedate with a variety of interactive demonstrations.  A day that will make your stay in the Lakes truly memorable.
