4 tbsp Honey
4 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Powdered Milk
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Chocolate (optional, see note)

• Warm the honey in a saucepan until runny.
• Add the peanut butter.
• Stir until combined and add remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly
incorporated.
• The mixture shouldn’t be sloppy or loose. Add more coconut powder if you need to,
to dry the mix out.
• Pour into a greaseproof lined baking tray and cool.
• Cut into squares and keep in an airtight container.
Note: To make a chocolate variety, add 200g of melted chocolate to the honey and peanut
butter in the pan. Alternatively add 100g melted chocolate to half of the fudge at the end
and layer into two tone block.
If the mixture seems too wet, add a little more powdered milk. If it seems a little dry add some more honey. The quantities will vary depending on how dry or heaped they are!!
