Daytime Practical Course

There is nothing quite like a home made cake in the centre of the table, however most of us do not have hours to spend producing something that is going to be eaten in minutes. Come on this course to make delicious cakes and bakes to tempt your families and friends. We shall be making a range of different sweet temptations using a variety of techniques that are guaranteed to become firm family favourites. You’ll return laden with ideas and some delicious treats for those who will no doubt benefit from your new found and enhanced skills. Boring cakes are definitely banished on this course! Our seasonal recipe collections could contain Cumberland Dream Cake, Chocolate Fudge Cake (we think that this recipe is the best ever!), Cardamon & Orange cake and Sticky Gingerbread.
