Gluten allergies can be difficult to cope with, but a gluten-free diet need not be the end of good-tasting food. If you would love to have all the glorious cakes, bakes and pastries but without the Gluten and wheat then this is the course for you. Our chef will give you the ideas and confidence to adapt your favourite recipes to a gluten free version. Our recipe collection could include Gluten free Bread, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Pastry both sweet and savoury and Gluten Free Batter - all of which will still look and taste delicious!
