One of our most popular courses … A Taste of Lucy’s encourages you to try out some of our extremely popular dishes that feature on our menus at Lucy’s on a Plate Café and Restaurant in Ambleside – a combination of both sweet and savoury … from Bobbing Bobotie … to Racked and Ready (lamb) … Fig in the Middle to Borrowdale Sticky Banana … there are so many exciting combinations that await you and as we are renowned for our dedication to those with intolerances to wheat and gluten, most of what we prepare will avoid using these ingredients or have a variation to suit (please declare your dietary needs at time of booking if applicable). This is a course for everyone – fully practical and with demonstrations and plenty of opportunity for questions and discussions … so, if there’s a favourite dish from Lucy’s that you’d like us to include, let us know when you book and we’ll do our best for you.
